I am SOOO happy I found this place back in August after searching up "ice bath" because I wanted to help my body recover and feel great because I work 2 jobs (1 of them being a physical demanding job). The first day I came to The Body Building, I was welcomed by the amazing staff and the wonderful owners, Amanda & Kasey. Over time, I got to know the wonderful people that worked there (Nina & Kenzee, just to name a couple) and explore the different treatments that The Body Building has to offer. "Wow, where do I even begin? This body and health office is top-notch! Kasey, the owner, is such a cool guy. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares about his clients. I've been a loyal customer for years, especially because of their amazing cryotherapy services. It's been a game-changer for my recovery and overall well-being. And let me tell you, their peptide therapy is the real deal too! It has helped me feel rejuvenated and energized. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take their health and wellness to the next level. You won't be disappointed!!!
The staff is absolutely amazing! They were very informative and took time to throughly explain everything to me. The aesthetics in their office was so warm and inviting. I definitely recommend booking a appointment with their office.
