AC went out. Vartan came out the same day. Said a repair would only temporarily fix the problem, he recommended replacing my old unit also stated my existing unit was too small for my house. I've had to repair it nearly every year by other companies, none of which suggested a replacement or that it wasn't the correct model for my home.Replacing a unit isn't cheap.
