The second technician that come out found the problem and ordered the new parts and installed them and freezer and refrigerator are working now. I am Very pleased with the second technician that come out.

After numerous callouts to fix my icemaker he was the one who found the ice on back of frig and said this was not good and he would write it up and putting in the new parts wont fix the problem.
