It's interesting reading a past review on how this place cancelled on a client and didn't do much to make it right. When I cancelled last minute while having the stomach flu on my birthday weekend, they charged me a ridiculous cancellation fee. I was a member here for over a year and was always on time to my appointments. I cancelled my membership and they didn't seem to care at all. Horrible customer service and many times there was a lack of proper communication on pre- and post-facial concerns. You are just a number here.
