I went to this Rise & Shine car wash and wasn’t happy at first. I went through the car wash and I went to dry my truck and saw that the whole left side of my truck didn’t get cleaned, it was so weird. One of the guys walked by and I told him and showed him some of the places on my truck, he was great and gave me a pass for another day to go in. I went back in a few days later after I got back from a trip. The car wash was much better that time and then the same guy came by and I told him Thank you and it was much better that time. I asked his name and it was Frank. Frank made my experience much better and made me even go back another time, I was disappointed... read full review

I had some Karmarkar from a weekend event on my car that didn’t come out first time around and Arcie Was very helpful and made sure it came off. Excellent customer service from this man

The guys here worked hard to get my muddy Tahoe clean, about 8 mins of scrubbing and pressure washing since I was the last person I went towards the end of the day since I knew my Tahoe was muddy and didn't want cars behind me getting the mud on their cars, and it turned out great because I got treated with excellent service, I usually come here because I like how clean the machines leave my cars but the employees went above and beyond tonight!
