I went to this Rise & Shine car wash and wasn’t happy at first. I went through the car wash and I went to dry my truck and saw that the whole left side of my truck didn’t get cleaned, it was so weird. One of the guys walked by and I told him and showed him some of the places on my truck, he was great and gave me a pass for another day to go in. I went back in a few days later after I got back from a trip. The car wash was much better that time and then the same guy came by and I told him Thank you and it was much better that time. Excellent customer service from this man
The guys here worked hard to get my muddy Tahoe clean, about 8 mins of scrubbing and pressure washing since I was the last person I went towards the end of the day since I knew my Tahoe was muddy and didn't want cars behind me getting the mud on their cars, and it turned out great because I got treated with excellent service, I usually come here because I like how clean the machines leave my cars but the employees went above and beyond tonight!
