Greg conducted an amazing home inspection. As a first time home buyer I was always on edge about the process but Greg’s inspection was an area I didn’t not have to worry about. His in depth inspection along with a detailed report on the property helped my agent and I identify areas the home needed care for prior to closing the home buying process. Without Greg’s report I would not have known about the AC not being secured to the roof properly, the AC seals that needed resealing, a circuit breaker not being up to spec, a toilet needing a new wax seal, the attic also had several items of concern, and dozens upon dozens of other documented items. We recently purchased a condo for our 83yrs “young” mother. The escrow was only 10 days and we needed a report ASAP. Greg was a pleasure to work with and he delivered a very detailed report in a timely manner. Not just a report telling us which light switches or receptacles work or not. 25 yrs ago..our home report was just that…We live out of town and the relief we feel having this report to enable us to improve/repair things ensuring our mom is not only comfortable, but safe is huge. Greg Marty’s home inspections are second to none. We have relied on his reports for two very different properties (one older, one almost new construction) and both were exceptionally thorough, clear, accurate and invaluable to the process of making an informed and considered decision about our final purchase.
