The cleanliness of the shop immediately put me at ease upon entering. Chy was incredibly helpful; she examined the piercings, suggested the best nose jewelry for my situation, and inserted it without causing unnecessary pain. Her kindness and empathy were greatly appreciated, and she patiently answered all my questions, making me feel neither judged nor uncomfortable. I plan on returning for more piercings in the future. Additionally, I had called Tim before visiting, and he was professional and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Overall, Anchors & Arrows has earned my trust, and I highly recommend their services for a pleasant and professional piercing experience.“

“I got my septum and belly button pierced. I was very very scared, and mostly nervous that the piercer would take a long time and do a poor job, little did I know it was super quick!
