Ally is amazing! Seriously. I can’t sing enough praise for the gal. All you have to do is look at her wall of certificates to know what great hands you’ll be in. I’m an R.N. and always carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and always feel SO much better when I leave. While I was pregnant with my third baby I had a lot of pain in my sacroiliac area and Ally worked her magic and really helped me quite a bit and the relief was immediate.

Amazing experience at Peak Wellness! We were in town for a swim meet and my son had a neck muscle spasm and needed it worked out. Not only did she find time to squeeze us in on short notice but she was so knowledgeable on what needed to be done on my teenage athlete. Her great work allowed him to swim the next day after a day of not being able to move his neck. I would highly recommend Peak Wellness!!
