My first choice in urgent care locations. Went in for a concern. Was very kindly cared for and given instructions to be seen by a specialist as soon as possible for further evaluation. After I left, the doctor called me within a few minutes personally to make sure I followed up with the specialist. "I wouldn't be able to sleep well if i didn't make sure I was clear about the need to be seen quickly" Her above and beyond care should be noted.

Our current Dr that we've had for a long time is rude and does not listen to our needs, she is quick to interrupt when in the middle of speaking. I figured it was time for a switch and we wanted to stay at Peachwood just with a different Dr. I was told that the new Dr would not accept us because we were switching within the group. So we will be leaving all together. On a side note, the medical records department is a pleasure to deal with. She always follows through and is super helpful since I needed the VA to get my medical records.

I had been transferred to Dr.Gonzales office to figure out a situation for a prescription I can no longer afford. They told me to come in for a follow-up when I was just there at least 2 weeks ago. Why do I need to go again? When I was just there? Then the man I was on the phone with was very rude and impatient. You would think for taking care of people. They would be welcoming and engage with any questions or concerns. I will be switching my primary. I always feel judged here. I do not recommend coming here except for the nurse practitioner Joy who is always a lovely and kind face to see. Save your money and go somewhere they actually care about you instead of the money.
