After returning home from vacation on the coast ,discovered that our air conditioning unit has stopped working, contacted our home warranty company, and We discovered that they were not getting any responses back from their selected technicians over the weekend , they realized This was an emergency situation because of our age and health issues and authorize us to seek a company of our choosing, through a referral Omega Air here in Fresno/Clovis , came to our rescue the next day assisting us with our problem after two hours the next day !Gratitude and special thanks to customer service representative! Marylyssa and her team .
