My pool was 22 yrs old and I needed to replaster. I called New Image and out of the 3 quotes they were the best. Bob was honest and caring. I even had them install a new pump and filter, now my pool looks brand new and is even better than when it was new. The quality, speed, and professional attitude of everyone in this company is something the owner should be proud to have. I can't say enough of how or why would you use anyone else. The crews never bother you and take care of business,clean up and are gone in just a few hrs. My pool is something to be proud of now. This company was great. I asked and shopped around for a company to replaster our pool that had needed some attention. Everyone spoke highly of New Image and highly recommended their service. Ruben came over and walked us through the entire process. Ruben was extremely helpful, professional and educated us about the maintenance and repairs involved with having a pool. The staff at the office were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Veronica managed all the details of the work order and guided us from beginning to end. I love to give excellent reviews, and this one comes easy! We just completed a major remodel and upgrade to our vintage pool with a Signature Matrix finish, new tile, and up-to-date plumbing. New Image Pool Interiors provided amazing results. First and foremost, sales representative Ruben Pond was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and provided information to the customer with a sense of confidence. From day one to the completion date we had perfect communication from Veronica in the office. Crews were organized for each step of the project and on time as scheduled.
