John and his teams (video/photographers) were wonderful teams to work with before, during, and after the our wedding. John was the main person of contact he showed professionalism and friendship throughout our journey with him. John is very responsive and helpful. John was so easy to communicate with, I trust his knowledge and words every step of the way. Everything turned out great, the photos and videos. We went here to take pictures with Santa. My little guy is only 1, so still in the "stranger danger" phase. He LOVED the little train set, and we got a cute series of pictures with Santa. They did a good job capturing a magical moment for us, despite my son's resistance. They never pushed him to do anything he was uncomfortable with, and he never cried, as a result. I was very pleased with the results!
I hired John to take pictures for my husband's 60th birthday party. He texted me the day before the party to confirm appointment. He was punctual and very professional. He asked me for my expectations and checked in with me throughout the party to make sure he was taking the pictures I expected. I'm so pleased with the beautiful pictures. John has such a positive easy-going manner that my guests felt so comfortable having their pictures taken. He captured many candid moments as well as posed pictures.
