About Impression Nails and Spa
Impression Nails and Spa is a clean and stylish salon with a friendly and helpful staff. Tracy, one of the nail technicians, is highly praised for her precise and thorough work, particularly with gel manicures and pedicures. She is known for her ability to accurately handle ingrown nails. Lee and Kim are also mentioned for their excellent work on pedicures and acrylic fills, creating thin, beautiful, and feminine nails. However, some customers have experienced issues with acrylic nails lifting and falling off after a short period of time. While the staff is commended for their efforts, it is suggested that they address this issue to retain customers.
I come here only to see Tracy and won't come if she's unavailable. I can't speak for anyone else's work and I don't get acrylic with her, only gel mani and pedi. BUT I can say Tracy is a hidden gem. She's so precise and takes her time. She's the only person I've been to who accurately deals with ingrown if you happen to have any also. I've even moved to a couple towns over from Clovis and STILL come this way just for Tracy. Other than that, the salon is always clean and everyone here is polite!
Lee did such an amazing pedicure and she made my pedicure look beautiful:) Kim did my fills and again made them thin, beautiful, and feminine just the way I like them. I will start this off by saying that I love the staff here. They are so nice and welcoming and I truly do believe they were trying their best. However, this is the first place that I got consistent acrylic nails and I thought them lifting and falling off after a week and a half was normal. I tried a different salon and I have had these for two weeks and they are still on, no lifting, no falling off. I would love to come back for the staff but since I can get better nails close to my home I can't justify it. Please let the staff know that this is an issue. :)
