I accidentally chose this location instead of the Loma Vista location and the staff were very helpful helping me switch locations. The staff is very friendly and make the environment very comfortable which is great for anyone who feels unsure or intimidated joining hotworx. I love this location as we well as the Loma Vista location!
This place is genius. I'm a hot yoga/Pilates fan and love working out in heat. This place takes it up a notch and offers infrared saunas where you can do yoga, isometrics, resistance bands, and cardio. The cardio options are great too. You can choose between cycle, sitting elliptical and rowing. There's also a weight room so if you want to workout/lift before or after your heated session, you can. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The gym is spotless and you have 24/7 access to everything. I'm extremely pleased with Hotworx.
Amazing workout!! Amazing health benefits!! Also you can come anytime!! Do your research look up all of the medical studies on what infrared can do for your body and on top of that the price for monthly is about what one session would be at a wellness clinic to sit in an infrared sauna one time. I was going into an interest on a naturopath. It cost me $55 a session and then I learned that over here I could go as many times as I want and get a work out for $59 a month on top of that if you had a family member it's only 39.99a month if that doesn't get you interested I'm not sure what will but this is an amazing place and they are all over the county.
