“We had a fantastic experience with a deep clean of our home. Scheduling was very easy and the owner was very accommodating for the day we needed. She provided a very fair estimate. The two women that cleaned our home arrived exactly on time. They were very efficient and once they were finished our home has never looked better. They exceeded my expectations. I will say though that we asked them to not use any bleach products before they started but they definitely used it in the bathrooms, even after I noted the smell of bleach and reminded them. We also asked them to not use cleaner on our soapstone counter top as it would discolor them and they did. We also asked them to apply a mineral oil layer to the soapstone and provided the mineral oil, but they did not do this. All that said, we were thrilled with the thorough job and how courteous everyone was, we would definitely hire them next time we need a house cleaner.“
