My husband and I went there for the first time. The reception desk was warm and friendly. The assistant was super sweet and helpful as she explained things and did some further testing in the room. The doctor was nice and informative not overly friendly but very professional and took time to address my concerns. The checkout gal Caroline was exceptionally. Her personality her humor her efficiency, I enjoyed interacting with her. Jizelle helped pick glasses, etc. It was so uncanny I have never had someone pick the exact frame, and look that my husband and I were looking for. On the first try! Everybody was fantastic. They were all very engaging and made sure the visit was a good one. Lynn was very helpful in helping me pick out new frames. When I went back to get my new glasses I was lucky enough to have Lynn help me out again. She was as helpful and friendly as the last visit. Overall a great experience.
