I don't know why they have such a high rating ? The work is here is garbage now. I miss Sofia and her brother they were amazing . The whole time I received service bacon aka the dog walked around the whole time and doing so he was getting slobber every where which is gross. Everyone is not fund of animals and they don't seem to take that into consideration as well and the reason why I say that is because you can clearly tell one of their customers was uncomfortable the whole time of service
Went after church 2 Sundays ago and got right in for a full set and a pedicure. Services were fast and good quality, though I have one nail lifting I plan on getting fixed this week if I can get in on my lunch break. My only issue was that it's cash only and I had to use the ATM which charges a fee because it's not my bank's ATM. Other than that it was a nice atmosphere and they have the friendliest dog that just hangs out at the door. It was a fun experience.
Went to get a pedicure and was confused that the ownership and all the employees were no longer the same; the odd thing about it was that they weren't letting people know. No Steven no Sophia none of the original employees. However although TT wasn't there to work her magic on my toes I was pleasantly surprised when a young sweet gal treated me to great conversation and a beautiful pedicure. She even did such a great job that I stayed and added on a manicure while I was there! While my experience was great, I cannot say the same for another gal that was there. She came in with an apt for nail set and pedicure, after finishing her pedi and waiting for probably 15 min they finally attended to her but not without embarrassing the poor woman. The owner started getting loud with her and the client was trying to deescalate the situation and the nail tech/owner was saying things along the lines of 'I can't do that, they'll be ugly and you'll be mad; you're already being difficult' and continued on cutting off not only the clients nails she started but also every word she was trying to say. As someone with social anxiety I can't imagine how the client felt experiencing this. She even came back in to get her name and the lady/owner refused to give her her name as well as even let her know that she is the owner. Which was even more shocking. I really hope the new ownership will take these reviews into consideration and turns things around before she looses all the clients the last owners worked years to obtain. Especially one who was quiet frankly being very kind even while being yelled at. Mad me sad.
