Emerald built our pool more than 20 years ago, but when I called them for repairs, they came without hesitation. I was only charged for the parts they supplied and not the service. That is excellent customer service and the assurance that they got your back. Thank you Bryan.

I have had two pools built by Bryan and Emerald pools, including one as recently as this summer 2021. Bryan is a professional from first contact until when your family is enjoying the pool and beyond. Bryan has been selling and building pools here in the Fresno area for several decades and this is obvious when you see his initial design. His care to detail is excellent and follow through is unmatched. When building a pool there are allot of moving parts and your builder is tasked with managing them. There is no such thing as a pool built without hiccups as suppliers, multiple contractors and nature all play a part in making it challenging. Bryan goes above and beyond to manage these "challenges" and is upfront and honest which is all you can really ask for as a customer. Anyway, thank you Bryan, Charlie, and everyone else at Emerald Pools. You can not go wrong having a pool built by this team.
