Absolutely love this place, as do our 2 Australian Shepherds! Always a phenomenal job, great pricing, friendly honest service, clean facility, etc. I’m ridiculously particular & my expectations are always exceeded. It’s a great feeling knowing my dogs are safe while there & always look forward to running right in, for their spa days!
We were looking for a new groomer & we got lucky enough to get one here the next day after we called. It was our first time here today and I'm so happy the way my baby turned out! Drop off @ 7:30 , got called to pick up @ 9 am. I was surprised at how fast they finished her up! The ladies in the front were very sweet & nice. They did well with accommodating my requests such as keeping her fur like a puppy cut and no bows because this silly girl does not like them. We will definitely be coming here again for our next haircut!
My mom and I are so impressed and thrilled with the professionalism, kindness, and empathy of the fabulous staff at Diamonds in the Ruff- especially Krystal!- we are thrilled to bring our dog, Bailey, there and would recommend this fabulous facility to anyone!
