Requested Cox to come inspect my pool light, which hasn’t worked since I purchased the home. The gentleman came out and found that a wire had been disconnected. He reconnected it at no charge. Excellent, honest service. Thank you!
As incredible as it might seem I’ve been with Cox Pool Service since 2016! That being said, as my pool ages and me being old enough to be their Mom, I trust JT and crew to guide me through what needs to be done to keep my pool at its best. Just this summer I replaced my 22 year old pump and filter and I am saving over $160.00 each month on my PG&E bill with the much more efficient system they suggested.
I look forward to many more years with these guys!!
I've had their service for a little over a year now and have not yet been disappointed. Very nice people and they always answer the phone when you call. The floor jets for my filtering system weren't cycling shortly after they serviced my pool, and when I let them know they sent someone over right away. They were able to fix the issue and didn't charge me a dime.
