Andre was very helpful and tried to help me as much as he possibly could. My home warranty company ultimately denied the claim for my spa, but that’s a reflection of the home warranty company and not Aqua Brite. It seems that home warranty companies are in the business of denying claims instead of covering them. Andre tried his best and I very much appreciate his communication and his efforts.

I was initially hesitant when my home warranty assigned Aqua Brite Pools due to some mixed reviews I’d seen online, but my concerns quickly disappeared once Johnny arrived for the inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue with my pool pump and clearly explained the next steps in the process. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond by answering additional questions I had about my overall pool system, even though they weren’t related to the initial service request. AQUA BRITE POOLS, with Ian and his coworker did an amazing job with the pool pump. Quick diagnosis of all the problems and repairs. They were quick, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Aqua Brite Pools for service and maintenance of your pool system. Outstanding!!
