Andre was very helpful and tried to help me as much as he possibly could. My home warranty company ultimately denied the claim for my spa, but that’s a reflection of the home warranty company and not Aqua Brite. It seems that home warranty companies are in the business of denying claims instead of covering them. Andre tried his best and I very much appreciate his communication and his efforts.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue with my pool pump and clearly explained the next steps in the process.
