One of the things we value most about Anlin is how they treat their dealers. Whenever we have a question or need a replacement part, we can always count on someone getting back to us quickly. Roberto came out and fixed our broken windows. He did an excellent job. You can tell when someone takes pride in their job and that is Roberto. He took his time to make sure that everything was in order before he left. He is courteous, polite, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us. About a year go we replaced all our windows and sliders with Anlin, which we did in our prior home as well. The products are excellent and the customer service is superior! Today they came out to check on the five sliders to make sure they operate smoothly. They even did some tweaks to make them even better! Thank you!!
