Love the Anlin family. Our warehouse is ALWAYS full of Anlin windows & doors getting ready to be installed.
One of the things we value most about Anlin is how they treat their dealers. Whenever we have a question or need a replacement part, we can always count on someone getting back to us quickly. They don't pass the blame or make excuses when something needs attention. Instead, they work with us to find a solution that keeps the customer happy. That kind of partnership is hard to find in this industry. Big shoutout to Dave Calvo and Eric Gross for always taking care of us.
Roberto came out and fixed our broken windows. He did an excellent job. You can tell when someone takes pride in their job and that is Roberto. He took his time to make sure that everything was in order before he left. He is courteous, polite, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us. Thank you, Roberto for a job well done.
About a year go we replaced all our windows and sliders with Anlin, which we did in our prior home as well. The products are excellent and the customer service is superior! Today they came out to check on the five sliders to make sure they operate smoothly. They even did some tweaks to make them even better! Thank you!!
