Clients have praised the clinic's friendly and caring staff, who go the extra mile to ensure their pets' wellbeing. One reviewer was grateful for the clinic's ability to see their cat the next day when their regular vet could not, ultimately saving the cat's life. Another client appreciated the clinic's follow-up call the day after their cat's visit, a gesture they had never experienced at other veterinary practices. Clients have also commended the clinic's affordability, efficiency, and the gentle, honest approach of the veterinarians, especially when dealing with pets with special medical needs.

The ladies here took wonderful care of elderly dogs, being very patient and gentle—important for pets that fear the vets. They try their hardest to make pets feel safe, which is highly appreciated. Many pet owners have trusted Clearlake Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years, praising the staff and Dr. Duff for their love of animals and their ability to handle shy or frightened pets, including rescue dogs and exotic birds. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the clinic maintained excellent care for all patients, including birds like Gollfin cockatoos, providing exams and treatments that were well done and stress-free for the animals.
