Skincare by Trina

The worst experience I have had with Groupon and the facial. She barely massages your face. I asked her to do extractions for me and she spent 2 minutes extracting red acne and not the white heads. It was more of a sales pitch than facial. save your money and go to Skin Care by Hope if you look for a good facial in the area. Thumbs down.

I received a Groupon gift to get a facial. When I first called, I specifically said the expiration was 06/14/19 and since I work 5 days a week and she was booked almost every Saturday she scheduled me 06/14/19. I even planned to leave work early. Trina calls me that she had to reschedule due to family issue and I said that was fine but reminded her of my date. She scheduled me for 06/19/19 and now saying she can't see me because she won't get paid. Told me to call Groupon. I will make sure my mom gets her money back from Groupon and tell her not to come here anymore and make sure my friends don't either. I was surprised to see a few negative reviews for Trina. I purchased the Groupon, and reached out to Trina for the first time via Yelp. She responded promptly and told me that she had just had emergency surgery but to reach out in a few weeks. When I reached out again, I was able to make an appointment. On the day of my appointment, Trina had me fill out a questionnaire and then brought me back to her room. She recommended upgrading from the European facial to the Vitamin C facial since it had been about 5 years since my last facial. The extra charge was $9.
