I was surprised to see a few negative reviews for Trina. I purchased the Groupon, and reached out to Trina for the first time via Yelp. She responded promptly and told me that she had just had emergency surgery but to reach out in a few weeks. When I reached out again, I was able to make an appointment. On the day of my appointment, Trina had me fill out a questionnaire and then brought me back to her room. She recommended upgrading from the European facial to the Vitamin C facial since it had been about 5 years since my last facial. The extra charge was $9.
