Kim is fantastic! The online portal she uses for document collection is extremely easy to navigate, and she's available to answer questions throughout the entire tax filing process. I learned more from my taxes this year than I have in the past, which will help me inform future choices (and ultimately save money!). I look forward to working with Kim again next year!
Kim is the best to work with. She is super thorough, explains everything very simply, lets us know our options in a way we can understand, and is always timely. She sends super helpful reminders to keep us on track and generally goes above and beyond. Her rates are great for the amazing service she provides.
I decided to go with someone new for my taxes this year and got a referral to Kim through my real estate agent. She was so easy to work with and completed my taxes quickly, efficiently and for a fair price. I plan to return next year. It's nice that she is so close to my home too. I recommend her.
