To me it's very important to have a doctor who I can trust and approach without hesitation. I moved to Clayton neighbourhood over 2 years ago and picked this clinic as it's close and accepted my insurance. There was only one female doctor at that time but she left during the pandemic and I was assigned PA Jennifer later. I am greatly disappointed as how the clinic forced me to make an appointment for something that could be resolved over the phone. I had to get a preventive test ordered and kept calling them for 3 days without a response. No one reached out to me since our last visit and i just received a notice (attached) asking for $50 for a no-show appointment on 09/21. Unbelievable. We have found a different practice that we are happy with. I would advice anyone considering this practice to STAY AWAY.
