About Great Clips
Great Clips offers affordable haircuts along with various hair care services, including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. The salons are open evenings and weekends, with no appointment necessary, allowing customers to walk in or check in online to skip the wait. The stylists are generally described as competent professionals who listen to customers' needs and provide great haircuts. However, some recent experiences have highlighted inconsistencies in service. While many customers appreciate the warm and inviting atmosphere and the attention to detail, there have been instances where the stylists did not fully engage with customers' preferences. Overall, the reviews emphasize the value of the experience at Great Clips, although some customers hope for improved communication and care during their visits.

I've been coming to this location for years and they have always taken care of me. This location was on the way home so I'd stop by after work. Since I work from home now, I've also started going to Empire and found out they are the same owner.
Both stores are great so I bounce between them when I need a cut. This last time, Brooke cut my hair and listened to me tell her about my son and his life. I always look forward to getting a buzz and chatting with the stylists. They all do a great job!

Tammy, the hairstylist is first class in every aspect of the word. She does an amazing job and is so kind and greeting and thankful that you even came in. She is a great representative of your brand..
