If you’re looking for a legitimate recovery spot in the SGV, VIDA Recovery Lounge is the best. I did the reset treatment and loved it. The setup is top tier. Clean, spacious, and has a great atmosphere that makes it easy to focus on recovery. Monica is awesome. She thought of everything from towels, showers, complimentary water, to baggies for wet clothes. She’s incredibly welcoming and clearly knows her stuff when it comes to the science behind the services she offers. Im definitely making this a regular part of my routine
Vida has been a game changer for me. I used it consistently during my last fight camp and it made a huge difference in how my body felt day to day. Less soreness, faster recovery, and I was able to train harder because of it. Monica is super knowledgeable about the human body and takes the time to explain what actually helps you and why. You can tell she genuinely cares. Easily the best recovery lounge in SoCal.
