Some time ago I purchased a very nice soft carrying case by NcSTAR, CVRSCB29..,this case is well worth twice what I paid for it . There was one little strap missing from the back of the case . I called the company in California and the nicest man answered. He actually cared about my satisfaction and he found the exact strap I needed and sent it to me , pronto.
A great product and great customer service. What more could you ask for !

I had an issue with a balistic vest and with a single phone call and I had a New replacememt shipped to me the SAME DAY!
