I recently purchased a VISM upper receiver vise. I have to say that I am very impressed with the construction quality as well as the utility of the tool. When I received the tool, it was missing the two receiver pins from the packaging, but a quick call to NcStar Tech Service resolved that problem. Tech Service sent me the missing pins and I had them in just a couple of days. Great quality tool backed by great customer service. Thank you NcStar!

Purchased a red dot with laser, after several years it simply stopped working. Called NcStar they answered, gave details on return, honored warranty and sent a new one. Service was excellent, will buy more products and support them! Thanks for a great job supporting products and clients. Texas Area
