Disclaimer: I had very good experience with William, who cut and styled my hair. He was meticulous and intentional about cutting my hair. He spent time checking my preference, and made recommendations based on my hair type. He's also very knowledgeable about hair care. He even covered for his coworker Kent's poor customer service. My overall experience with William is worth 5-star. However, I had to subtract 2 stars because of Kent. I called in and made reservation with Kent one week in advance, after reading so many good reviews about him. Update: They are currently having a 40% off promotion!! Go take advantage of this deal while it lasts!! This review is past due. I've been getting my hair cut by William for years. He is a very outgoing and honest hairstylist with many years Of experience. I have recommended my friends to him and they always leave happy and satisfied. I always explain to William what hairstyle I want to do and he gives me an honest opinion and provides suggestions! I've never left disappointed, he has also colored hair for both my sisters, and they love their ash blonde and ash grey! A long overdue review but wanted to thank Kent and his assistant for being the absolute best at dying and cutting hair. Kent is a perfectionist and makes sure you are happy with the end result. He takes his time so no matter what you will look fantastic walking out of the salon. I can't recommend him and the rest of the guys there enough. My pictures are of two different dye & cut sessions where they call it "milk tea color".... so cute! I've been to quite a few "top" salons and this place hands down tops them all... never trusting any other place from now on.
