I called in and spoke with Alyssa, asked to have a wig placed on hold. When I walked in she had it ready for me, she was so welcoming and kind I ended up buying another wig. Exceptional customer service from the moment I called in to the moment I walked in. Now on to the wig quality, 10/10 for such an affordable price/ the hair is not shiny at all and looks pretty damn real. I love my red and ombré wig. Thanks
