We have used Alliance since last year. My sales person was Derek Miao. Because I didn’t have any experience with how to set up a credit card machine and account with merchant service, I was worried about making mistakes. Derek was always patient, listened to any questions I had, and gave me very quick and effective answers. He followed up with us through the entire process. I felt that he is very reliable. I would definitely recommend him to any business owner!
