Ricardo has been dependable and extremely responsive from the get-go. Ricardo notified me of a potential leak on an inherited pool from a property I purchased. He went above and beyond the duty to keep the pool full and was enormously helpful in working with me to diagnose and address the leak until we had resolution. We have a unique pool situation, with a waterfall built into our 30° hill, flowing down in the Stream and into a small pool where we can sit and hang out.Ever since frost pools started coming to take care of our pool, it has been wonderful. He thinks outside the box and takes the time every week to scrub through all the rocks in the stream. He also keeps an eye on when parts of the system may need repair.We highly recommend him and his company, it's a very good value for the money, he's dependable and we'll go the extra mile of making an extra stop when checking to make sure things are working well.Services: Filter cleaning
