I was very happy with the service I was provided. They came out on Tuesday to do an initial inspection to see what the issue with my heater was. I was worried I was going to have a long wait but they were able to order the parts I needed and were back early on Friday to fix my heater. Not only did the guy they send fix my heater, he even helped install a new smart thermostat for me which I hadn’t been able to do on my own.10/10 would recommend!Services: Heating system repair

my AC unit was pouring out warm air for almost 4 days. It was so miserably hot inside. That is until Steven from A & R showed up. He not only got my unit working, but realized that two of my vents were turned off and two others were turned towards walls instead of the rooms. He took the time to make everything right! He went above, and beyond the call of duty..
