Called to fix a short length of copper hot water pipe that developed a leak. They were very responsive, courteous, and professional. Martin was great to work with, and did very nice solder work. Definitely will call them again for any plumbing needs.

Full transparency, I had no intention on hiring Vortex because previously they basically ripped me off by taking over 6 hours to install a kitchen sink and 2 faucets (they charge over $100 per hour).... that was literally it, they didn't have to install a garbage disposal or anything else, AND on top of it the work turned out to be Mickey-Moused as one of the faucets is slightly crooked and the other started coming undone from the sealant 3 months later. Needless to say, it was a bad experience. HOWEVER, after dealing with being rescheduled (for not putting up notices) and then a cancellation on Vortex's part, I didn't want to encounter another possible... read full review
