I am probably the pickiest client you will EVER meet--and I've literally gotten my lashes done everywhere in the past 12 years--Jessica and Ana are amazing! They take pride in their work and do their best EVERY SINGLE TIME! Anyone with the audacity to leave a bad review is a problematic client who can't see quality when it is right in front of their eyes. Some people will never be happy with anything--remember have a responsibility to be good clients too, not just be crappy people and expect the lash artist to bow down. Anyways--I've been here for about 4-5 years and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. My lashes always look amazing and have retention like no where else....read full review

Originally I didn't have a good experience here. I won't name anyone, but the person who had originally done my eyelashes was ok and didn't really listen to what I desired. Not only that they fell off within one week, the padding under my eye wasn't good as she used her finger pressure on the bottom eye (sure she didn't notice) and It somehow caused redness aka a chemical eye burn. But this company addressed the problem by offering a different eyelash tech to do my set. I scheduled and Monika gave me the perfect eyelashes, she didn't rush and listened to what I wanted ! I'm super picky by the way, but I think I found my eyelash girl!

I am particular about my lashes not looking fake. I passed by the shop a couple times and after my girl moved to the OC I decided to give them a call. The shop is clean and cute, lacks a bathroom so I recommend going before your appointment. This place has potential the hours should be extended beyond 4pm, more options for scheduling and attentive service at the front desk would be beneficial. As far as the work, my classic set by Monika was exceptional. The lashes didn't fall out quickly like I have experienced at The last place. I recommend giving them a try.
