Nice people but not so good follow up. They were nice when helped me order glasses once paid forgotten month went by called to check on my glasses all receptionist said you got auto text told her no I didn’t and she’s like well they’re ready. I asked her how come no one called if they noticed glasses were still there and no answer. All she said was they ready since 3 weeks ago. Next time Costco lol.

Made my appointment and was actually seen at my appointment time! No crazy wait time so I was happy already! Staff got all my stuff done quick (air pressure test n etc.) the Dr seen me quick, all were friendly, professional, and so helpful. My contacts brand discontinued my Rx, so I was given a few trials for alternatives and since my visit went so well I then went back for my 2 kids who got glasses. One pair was ready within 1 week. the higher end pair took a bit longer but we're not in a hurry so not a problem to wait another week. I recommend this spot.

The office staff here is very helpful and accommodating. Customer service is definitely first class. I really appreciate the Dr's and their team. Always available to provide honest guidance and support. I'm so happy that I found this optometrist. They have a customer for life. Also want to mention the cleanliness of the office and the variety of frames available for every price point. Masks are always required so make sure to have yours when you visit.
