Synovation Medical Group aims to restore function and richness to patients lives, giving control over pain and reducing reliance on medications through collaborative multidisciplinary pain management programs unavailable elsewhere. The practice strives to be a leader in pain management, starting with the premise that treatments must be innovative, ethical and efficient. Doctors and staff work together with a smile and kind attitude. Front office staff provide the first impression and can make or break a practice, and the team often shows great professionalism and friendly disposition. Patients report that doctors are great, kind, considerate, professional and helpful, and that nurses and office workers are also friendly and pleasant. The office often answers questions, really listens and gives suggestions to reduce pain. Waiting can be long, sometimes months for an appointment, but many patients trust the doctors and feel safe in their hands, even when the wait is frustrating. The staff often goes the extra step, filling pumps, advocating for patients and handling extra work with a smile. Patients appreciate the care, the faith in the team and the excellent experience, describing the office as the best and the doctors as the absolute best they have seen. The collaborative approach, ethical treatment and innovative programs make Synovation Medical Group a valuable option for those seeking control over pain and a richer life.
