My kids have been with Dr.So for years. She had been around more in the beginning now we see mostly the second doctor which is fine. The front desk always helpful with my concerns and always try to get us in as soon as possible. The waiting room gets waves of patients. As far as our experience with the staff and the doctors we like them and have been treated nicely. One of my kids has special needs they are quick at getting in his referrals to the other specialist he needs.

Horrible service!! The staff, secretary whoever handles front desk answering calls have a really bad attitude!!!!! Leave you on hold for up to 15 to minutes and don’t even apologize when confronted! So unprofessional. You’re getting payed to do your job!!!! Do better!!!!!

Masks aren't even required anymore, But here they require one. I said May I have a mask then, they said we do not have any.. it's 2023 and you guys require masks, and do not even have any in office to give patients if its "required." I work at an urgent care, I come into contact with COVID pts all day with no masks. I was compliant with wearing a mask but had a problem when the front girl did not have any masks to wear so I had to go all the way to the store to buy one.. SMH!
