Our area experienced freezing temperatures and caused the water pipe at our house to burst!We called a lot of companies, but no one responded.We were confused in the beginning because we were calling other Servpro‘s and other companies but no one ever showed up.Servpro of Chino came and the nice gentleman Fernand Lopez explained to us that he’s part of the traveling disaster team from Socal, he explained to us in great detail the entire process and what to expect .He kept us in the loop thru out the entire time and updated us once the adjuster gave approval.His demo team was great!!We were very fortunate to have such an amazing team help us in a time of need.

The team was hired by my HOA and travelled to WA state after several homes in our community had pipes burst. Fernand and Kevin were great to work with - responsive, knowledgeable and quick. They cleaned up after themselves when they did the demo and after wards when they took out the fans. Along the way they explained what they were doing and next steps in the process. Would hire again!

Servpro is the on-program restoration company that contracted with Mercury Insurance. They also provide reconstruction service for your house if you decide to give them your business. They provided restoration services to my house a few days ago. I have to say they are very professional in terms of communication, service procedures, equipment and the way their technicians doing the business. Fernando Lopez is the supervisor who kept in touch with us and responded our message and request fast. He’s also very detail oriented and dedicated to quality of work. Jesus and Jerm are the two guys who worked on site. They are hard working and care about customer’s feeling....read full review
