Brittney is the *best* nail tech I have been able to find in the IE! If you're looking for a clean studio (and I mean she cleans between each client), this is the one for you! She does a great job on my sensitive nails and my thin skin. I always leave 100% satisfied with whatever design, color, or shape she does! She's easy to talk to, too! So there isn't any awkward silence. *highly* recommend!

Brittany is good at what she does. She is extremely clean, especially now during Covid. I have been going to her for almost two years. Enjoyed our conversations. I learned that as long as you follow her policies to the tee everything ran smoothly. I accidently filled out her required Covid-19 Client Waiver a day too soon and all hell broke loose. Mind you, this waiver must be completed every time you go in. It must be done the day before. Well, caught up in the moment with her asking me what nail color I wanted and being so busy at work, I completed the form a day too soon. I told her I would fill it out as required and she wrote me a very condenscending message. She asked that I respect her business, her, and her boundaries. If this was a problem and I did not agree with how she runs her business, she would understand if I didn't return. What an ackward situation. Never in my whole entire time I was seeing her did I ever disrespect her way of running her business or her as a person. So I asked her to return my deposit of $40. She never replied or returned my deposit. Her anal personality is so disrespectful. Truly showed me what was important to her. Instead of kindly understanding my situation and just allowing me to re-submit the form. Which I had no problem in doing. Well, I found someone else to do my nails. She charged me $32 for a beautiful set of gel nails. She was so sweet and made me feel fully appreciated as a customer. Brittany would charge me over $80. Which included a silly design on each ring finger. So long story short, follow her rules or else she will cut you off.

I fully trust her to do my gel nails. Sometimes I let her be creative and my nails always look amazing that it never fails to get compliments just make sure to contact her about a month or 2 in advance to book your appointment other than that- she's worth the wait
