My’s Alterations is an amazing place with sweet and caring service. They are always busy but willing to help with last-minute alterations. Whether it's slacks, a dress shirt, an evening gown for a wedding, or a bridesmaid dress, My does a great job. She pays attention to detail and ensures a perfect fit, even adding extra fabric for a custom look. The pricing is reasonable, and the customer service is top-notch. Customers appreciate the professional and communicative approach at My’s Alterations and are sure to return for future needs.
Thank you for the fast and great service provided for my wedding tuxedo. My gave me some recommendation for adjustments for my tux too since I wasn't sure exactly what needed to be done. Great work for a great price. I will definitely be coming back for my future alteration for my casual clothing.
So I lost a ton of weight this past year and I had a couple of irreplaceable shirts that were now too big for me to wear. A friend and a lot of great Yelp reviews recommended My Alterations. I contacted her about having my shirts altered to a smaller size and she quoted me a fair price! She was very nice when I came to the shop to drop off the shirts. I told her there was no rush but she said she could have it done in a week! Also, I had a Disney Villains shirt I that I had cut down the middle in the front to make it an open shirt. Needless to say, it didn't look professional. I had asked if she could stitch it so it would look nicer and she did. When I came to pick up, she had me try them on and I was ecstatic when I saw how fitted the shirts were around my body. I was super impressed with how the Disney Villians turned out! Looks way better than how I did it lol! I definitely plan on coming back!!
This place is amazing, I brought in some slacks I needed hemmed asap, I also needed the sleeves adjusted on a dress shirt. I needed it by 4 pm and she had it ready for me by 12:30. She is so sweet and very caring. She even stayed opened later just to get the job done. She told me she's always busy but she understands when people need things right away and if she can help she will. I appreciate My and her business being so professional and having great customer service. I called 3 other places and none of them could help me. I will be coming back to her.
