Norma does great job. I have been going to her for about 15 years now. Back when she was in the LA area., and I drive all the way to Chino. I love the she always does what's possible to do the less damage to your hair.
This is my second time going to this place to get my haircut and Norma always does an amazing job !! Make sure you call to make an appointment ! Because she only takes with appointments ! I definitely recommend this place .
Iï¸ love the space at 5th Element Salon! Iï¸ go to Brigette Phelps and she is the best colorist I've used. Iï¸ have fine delicate hair and Iï¸ get foil highlights to enhance my hair and give it body. She's the only that's been able to keep it in great condition! She's friendly and very professional while she knows her hair coloring very well. Love her!
