I have a HIGH anxiety dog that makes him appear vicious. I informed the staff to his condition after they nearly sent us away (to not charge for work they would probably not be able to complete because of his aggression). The staff took some extra time to allow my dog to get familiar with them and they were able to take him back and complete everything I requested. AMAZING STAFF! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I love this place me and my son were new cat owners ? I brought our Simba here since he was a kitten and would not take him anywhere else the facility itself is nice and clean the staff is always awesome on the phone and in person sometimes I call with questions and they are always very helpful same in office they take the time to allow questions and explain everything so well.they treat our Simba very good and our Simba is calm Everytime he's in this office which says a lot I feel comfortable with our Simba's care in this offices hands.thisnis Simba's home I would recommend TLC to anyone and everyone for their pets needs.
This place is absolutely wonderful. My baby is my everything and the Vet was more than helpful. Extremely detail oriented and just all around kind person. I cannot recommend enough!
