I was able to get a Home Inspection done by Francisco Romo and could not be more satisfied with the service that was provided. From the setting of the appointment to the final walkthrough, Francisco went above and beyond to make sure all my home inspection needs were met and answered my questions/concerns that I had. This is the company you want to use for an inspection. I've used several in the past, and I was looking to buy an older home that had already had a recent inspection that had a previous buyer walk away. I needed someone to be thorough and find everything possibly wrong with the house. Not only was Francisco and his team able to find problems that previous inspections had missed (electrical problems), but he was very thorough in all other aspects as well. His report was easy to read, explained the issues well and even had some DIY links in case we wanted to perform any of the smaller repairs ourselves (the ones that didn't need a specialist).
