    So this is what they call a Semi-private gym. You can either pay the gym a membership fee to get a certain level of access or pay a personal trainer to train with.
    I have been training here for a little over 2 years. If you train with a PT here, YMMV. The trainer you have really makes or breaks your experience. As with many of these types of gym. It is a bit difficult to choose or even know which PTs train here as the website does not list them all and the front doors are now locked so it might be difficult to just walk in and inquire about services here. I would suggest checking out their social media first to contact them.

    I began training with Kalani a year ago. I’ve had a lifetime aversion to gyms, but Kalani makes my workouts fun and she pushes me with a gentle touch. She knows what I need to do and gives me the confidence to do it. I’m so appreciative of her guidance and highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

    My trainer is Kalani who I have the upmost respect for. When I started a couple of years ago I could barely get off the floor, I had to wear a knee brace on my left knee, I had poor bone density, and I could barely lift 5lbs, and did I mention I will be 65 next year. Kalani strengthen my knee, now I don’t have to wear a knee brace, I can get up from the floor easily, and the doctor told me whatever I’m doing to continue because I now have great bone density. My balance has improved, strength has improved, I’ve lost weight and feel better now then I ever did before. She is a motivator, a supporter, an encourager, and most of all she has the patience of a saint.... read full review
