If you're looking for a trainer who gets you real results, Kacy is your guy. He absolutely knows how to push you right to the edge, but also knows when not to. If you're injured, run down, or just not 100%, he may throw a fist at you (kidding), adjust, and still find a way to keep you moving forward. You might complain mid-set. You might question your life choices during your workout. But you'll leave stronger, more confident, and weirdly excited to come back. I've been a client of Kacy's since 2019 and my overall strength, agility, and confidence in the gym has grown immensely since then. I've learned how to properly train with weights, how to use certain machines, and what exercises to do for specific results. Kacy is also great at getting his clients to achieve whatever goal they may have, whether that is related to strength PRs or weight loss. I am really glad that I happened to stumble upon Kacy all those years ago, as I now find myself looking forward to his workout sessions, his fun/silly personality, and the supportive community of clients he has garnered.
I started training with Kacy back in May (5months). When I first started I only knew how to use a couple of machines and I never touched free weights because I wasn't confident in my form. I told Kacy my goal was to gain healthy weight and muscle, and he's been amazing at guiding me through it.
He's really professional and makes sure my form is correct so l don't hurt myself, but he also pushes me to give my best.
I've gotten stronger, built muscle, and can actually see great results. On top of that, he also provides meal plans that make it easier to stay on track outside the gym, which has been a huge help.
